Fitness is not just about how you look, but about how you feel. As someone who struggles with anxiety and mood swings, I can say with confidence that working out works wonders for your mental health as well as your physical well-being. Pictures were taken three months apart; I weigh 149.6 on the left, and 151.6 right, after doing PiYo for 60 days and then incorporating weights into my routine. While I weigh more, I feel much stronger now and my body is much more defined.
